 Great frame for a Queen Aerobed! August 31, 2010

I bought this to go with a queen aerobed I use for overnight guests. This is a great frame. It folds up and fits into its own little bag very similar in size to the aerobed and stores easily in a closet. It is also relatively easy for one person to set up and take down but it goes quicker with two. You can sit on the side of the bed just like a normal bed and my guest said it was very comfortable. It's a very cost-effective way of coming up with additional beds when needed without taking up space otherwise. I followed others advice and only partially inflated the aerobed before tucking it into the slot. Great invention!

I was worried at first that our Queen-size Aerobed wouldn't fit inside the plastic cover, but it does. The frame/cover combo is made so that the mattress overhangs the frame a bit on each side, but you can sit on the edge and it doesn't try to dump you off. The whole contraption feels very sturdy and supportive. We did have a lot of trouble trying to insert our fully inflated Aerobed into the plastic cover. We had to deflate the Aerobed a bit so we could shove it in and get it all the way to the bottom, then pump it up again. Also, you can do the whole setup in a room where you can maneuver, then just pick up the frame with the Aerobed attached and move it wherever you want. It takes two people only because it's large, but it's very light weight.

This frame is perfectly suited for the job of getting the mattress off the floor/ground and to a suitable height that isn't back breaking. It was very easy to set up and fold up when done.

We bought this for our house guests who normally sleep on an air mattress on the floor. It's easy to store, easy to assemble, reasonably priced and very comfy. I highly recommend it! I wish we had bought it earlier.

It may not be the most comfortable sleep experience, but sleeping on an air mattress is much better when you are not on the floor. The frame sets up easily, and the mattress fits inside the cover to keep it in place. There is a bit of sagging as the frame is not as solid as a floor,
but if you can handle this discomfort I would highly recommend purchasing this item.
